BOM Browser with Master Data Check
The PREISS Consulting BOM browser for SAP ERP and S/HANA On-Premise provides user-friendly mass evaluation of multi-level bill of materials. Master data existence checks for the BOM component materials are integrated. The reports shows existence and number of BOMs, routings, production versions, control cycles, purchasing info records, MM scheduling agreements, source lists and MRP areas for each component in the product structures. Missing essential master data (with respect to procurement type and special procurement key) are visualized with red icons. The check result is propagated bottom-up to the higher BOM level. BOM explosion considers MRP Area data and can be done cross-plant considering stock transfer via special procurement type.
The report can easily be enhanced with additional data and checks.
